Out of School
The Zone operates two Out of School care and one Teen care project in the Bellsbank, Dalmellington, and Mauchline area’s.
120 children daily across our two Out of School care projects have been involved in many new opportunities such as Zoo Lab where they have the opportunity to hold and touch large insects, East Ayrshire leisure development play days, healthy eating program, swimming, nature trails, home work clubs, and most of all having fun and social interaction with their peers and adults in a friendly child based facility.
All Out of School care facilities operate 50 weeks a year and are only closed for two weeks at Christmas.
They are all registered with Care Commission and all appropriate staff are SSSC registered.
Methods of payment are cash, cheque, childcare vouchers, or direct debit standing order.

Bellsbank Out of School Care—Read More
Bellsbank Out of School Care is registered for 42 children on a daily basis it is situated in Daclairney Road, Bellsbank, Dalmellington.
Bellsbank services Bellsbank and Dalmellington primary schools and the children are picked up by mini bus from Dalmellington and transported home at the end of the day.

Monday to Friday
Term Time: 3:00pm–6:30pm
Holidays: 8:00am–6:00pm
Sessions are costed on the hour or by daily session rate, being £3.50 per hour.
Holiday periods are £15.00 per day.

Mauchline Out of School Care—Read More
Mauchline Out of School Care is registered for 48 children and is situated at 9 The Loans, Mauchline services Mauchline Primary and Nursery school.
The children are picked up by staff within the school daily.

Dalmellington Teen Care is registered to provide 20 teen care spaces for young people aged 12-15 years of age who’s parent do not wish them to be home alone.
